We purchased a new car from Tom, at Aspire, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From 1st point of contact, Tom has been. Trustworthy and honest. There was no pressure for a decision, and he wasn’t pushy, allowing us time to view the car and discuss our decision without feeling pressured in to buying the car.
There were a few little issues with the car including a faulty battery which we replaced at no cost to ourselves.

I came across Aspire Automotive after a long day on the road car hunting and the advert for a Ford Kuga was almost too good to be true. A ten year old car with 25k miles on the clock and in mint condition. I gave them a call and spoke to Tom, who arranged for me to see the car that evening.
Honestly I was blown away by the quality of the car and with Tom's service. The car was perfect, full main dealer service history, fresh MOT, very low mileage, paintwork and wheels in mind condition. I didn't get that usual "this bloke is trying to pull the wool over my eyes" feeling you can often get with buying a used car. Tom was professional, helpful, and transparent. We shook hands there and then and I bought the car, and Tom waved us off with a warranty and "get in touch if there's any issues".
Next day and I realise there's an issue with the stereo. A common issue with this make and model. I take it back to Tom and he books it in with a mechanic, turns out it needs a whole new stereo. Long story short I've got a brand new stereo direct from Ford being fitted, and an aircon re-gas to boot, and Aspire are covering the cost of the repairs. No arguments, just "these things happen, we'll take care of it"
As a result I can't recommend Tom and Aspire Automotive highly enough. This is how used car sales should be done!

I don't often write reviews but I think when buying a car from a dealer, reviews play a big part in deciding whether or not to buy from them.
I was looking to buy a mini and I found one on Autotrader with the exact spec and colour I was after from Aspire and at a very reasonable price. I messaged them on the Sunday evening and I had a response on the Monday.
They answered all my questions and even sent me across a walkaround video of the car, I live on the other side of the country so viewing it in person would have been a bit of hassle.
They gave me a fair price for the car I was trading in and arranged delivery of the mini to my workplace within 2 days.
The car itself is exactly as described and drives spot on, and came with a fresh MOT and service.
I would definitely buy from here again and I would recommend them to anyone.
